ORDERS

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    Orders are currently processed within 1-3 business days. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout. You will be notified via email once your order ships.

  • When will my subscription box ship?

    Subscription boxes ship out the first week of the following month you sign up. For example, if you sign-up in February, your first box will ship the first week of March.

  • When will my subscription box ship?

    Subscription boxes ship out the first week of the following month you sign up. For example, if you sign-up in February, your first box will ship the first week of March.

  • How often and when am I charged for my subscription?

    You will be charged on a recurring monthly basis on the date of your initial sign-up. For example, if you sign-up on the 18th of the month, your next charge will happen the 18th of the following month.

  • What if I want to cancel my subscription?

    When you sign up for a subscription, you will be prompted to setup an account. You can cancel anytime through that account portal.


SHIPPING

  • How much is shipping?

    Nada. Nothing. Shipping is currently free for all orders :)

  • How long does shipping take and which carriers do you use?
    Most orders are shipped via USPS first class mail from Brighton, Colorado which generally takes 3 - 5 business days. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Sorry but at this point in time, international shipping is a scary thing. I hope to change that in the future.

 
PAYMENT

  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    Payment is handled through Squarespace - they accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and "Buy Now, Pay Later" services like Klarna and Afterpay.


SALES TAX

  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Orders are subject to the Colorado State sales tax rate.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Do you allow returns or offer refunds?
    We offer returns on all products except subscriptions. You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
