ORDERS

• How long will it take for my order to ship?
  Orders are currently processed within 1-3 business days. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout. You will be notified via email once your order ships.

SHIPPING

• How long does shipping take and which carriers do you use?
  Most orders are shipped via USPS first class mail from Brighton, Colorado which generally takes 3 - 5 business days. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Do you offer international shipping?
  We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

 
PAYMENT

• What methods of payment do you accept?
  We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

SALES TAX

• Do you charge sales tax?
  Orders are subject to the Colorado State sales tax rate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Do you allow returns or offer refunds?
  You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
