Faire, Holiday Product Launch, and Things to Look Forward to
Hi there! I hope you had a great week! This week has been a bit of a whirlwind for me (like where did it go and how is it Friday already?) and I sure thought I’d be a bit further on my checklist than I am, but that’s how life goes, isn’t it?
I’m trying to stay true to my word on writing a blog post a week on here, so here I am! And I do have a few things to update you on…some very fun things!
Wholesale - Faire
I applied and have been accepted to sell items wholesale on Faire. Faire is an online marketplace for retailers to shop for wholesale goods, and small businesses to be able to connect with retailers.
I’m VERY excited about this and that is something I have worked on and will be working on in coming weeks. Getting into wholesale is a business goal of mine so this was an exciting early step. I’ll announce that once it’s ready in case there are any retailers interested in carrying our products. I’ll make sure to post an update once that is ready (of course, if you aren’t a retailer, products can be purchased directly through this site).
I’m also going to start reaching out to retailers but this is exciting and terrifying to someone who hasn’t done this so if you are a seasoned vet in this department and want to share insight, I am all ears!
Holiday Product Launch Next Week!
Early next week I’m going to be launching some holiday-themed products, so stay tuned for that! I’m really excited to share them, they’ve been ready for quite some time but then I put a pause on launching them while I worked on this website (one woman, many hats). You’ll have to wait until early next week to find out what they are but if you want to guess, you should do so in the comments! They’re designed around gifting but that’s all I’m telling you (and that’s a very solid hint, practically giving it all away I’m terrible at secrets).
New Products on Deck
While I don’t want to go too crazy with too many product lines (we want to keep this reasonable), I do have a few different ideas and products I want to create to expand my offerings.
I’ve been working behind the scenes on two new product lines, sourcing a lot of materials (which takes so much time – why does no one talk about how hard that is?), and test printing all sorts of things. I have another paper product line that I’m developing mainly out of my own necessity (will share more soon) but I think you’ll love them too AND THEN moving into some fabric items!!
I’m really excited about fabric printing and can’t wait to share but currently they’re curing and I have to make sure I work out all the kinks before you can get your hands on them. That being said, I’m sure I’ll be spilling the beans on those next week too because I have zero chill about new things and I really like sharing.
